nudge CEO joins Zurich Global Benefits Summit to discuss five years of change in financial health

September 2026, nudge, the financial health platform used by employers across 160-plus countries, joined Zurich Corporate Life and Pensions at its Global Benefits Summit in London on September 23 and 24.

The invitation-only summit brought together benefits, HR, and risk leaders from multinational companies. This year it explored why personal resilience is becoming a strategic priority, and how benefits and wellbeing are evolving to support a changing workforce.

How financial wellbeing programs have changed

Tim Perkins, CEO and Co-Founder of nudge, joined Zurich's own Mark Belcher and Craig Finden-Crofts on stage. Mark opened with a big question: how has financial wellbeing evolved over the past five years?

Tim's answer was integration. Financial wellbeing is no longer a separate program sitting beside the benefits package. It now connects the whole package together.

Employers now use nudge to position insurance, healthcare, mental wellbeing, equity, and retirement benefits in one place and proactively communicate support to their people, underpinned with impartial, personalized financial guidance. Through nudge's partnership with Zurich, that includes global retirement plans.

Using nudge also makes the impact on people's financial health easy to measure and track, something most wellbeing programs still lack.
