March 10, 2026, Global financial health platform nudge has joined the Alight Partner Network, deepening its connection to the enterprise benefits ecosystem, and creating a new route for multinational employers to deliver personalized financial health support at scale.

The partnership brings nudge into the ecosystem of Alight, a leading benefits administration provider, and represents another step in nudge’s strategy to build a more connected financial health experience around the platforms and benefits employees already use.

The agreement also expands nudge’s distribution within the global enterprise market as employers increasingly look to consolidate fragmented employee experiences, connect their benefits ecosystem, and demonstrate greater value from their benefits investment. Jessica Borchik, SVP, Partner Strategy and Sales at Alight, said:

‍“Global employers are looking for ways to deliver consistent, high-quality benefits, and financial health support across regions, while still meeting local needs. By welcoming nudge into our Partner Network, we’re expanding the options available to our clients and helping them support employees’ financial confidence and rewards experiences around the world.”

Connecting financial health with employee benefits

nudge provides one connected global financial health platform, personalized for every employee. The platform combines AI, behavioral science, human expertise, and local financial guidance to help employees understand their financial reality, identify what matters most, decide what to do next, and take meaningful financial action throughout their working lives.

nudge moves financial health beyond standalone education, connecting personalized guidance with an employee’s wider financial reality, including their workplace benefits, goals, life stage, location, and changing circumstances.

That connection is increasingly important as employers look to simplify fragmented benefits experiences and help employees understand not only what support is available to them, but when it is relevant and how to use it.

For U.S. employees, that can mean understanding how benefits such as a 401(k), health savings account (HSA), or equity compensation fit into their wider financial situation and what actions could be relevant to them. Jeff Miller, VP - U.S. at nudge, said:

“Helping every employee make great financial decisions during the moments that matter is our obsession at nudge. To inspire critical benefit and money decisions throughout life, nudge must be the most integrated financial health platform on the planet. We can’t accomplish this without partnering with the leading benefit and wellbeing administrators in the world. That’s why we’re incredibly proud to partner with Alight.”

Personalized financial health for global and U.S. workforces

The Alight partnership reinforces one of nudge’s core enterprise strengths: delivering one globally consistent financial health experience while providing personalized guidance that reflects the financial realities of where employees live and work.

For multinational organizations, that addresses an increasingly important challenge. Employees may be part of the same workforce, but their benefits, financial systems, priorities, and financial decisions can differ significantly by country, life stage, and individual circumstances.

In the U.S., financial decisions can also vary by state and interact differently with federal rules and workplace benefits such as retirement plans, healthcare, and equity compensation.

nudge manages that complexity through one connected platform, combining enterprise scale with personalization and local financial expertise. Guidance reflects an employee’s individual circumstances and workplace benefits while drawing on financial expertise across different markets. Tim Perkins, Co-founder and CEO of nudge, comments:

“When employees understand their finances, they make better decisions about savings, healthcare, retirement, and the benefits available to them. Partnering with Alight allows us to deliver proactive, impartial guidance at the moments that matter, helping individuals feel in control, reduce stress, and build lasting financial resilience.”

From benefits access to financial action

The partnership reflects a broader evolution in the employee benefits market.

As benefits ecosystems become more sophisticated, the challenge for employers is no longer simply providing more products and services. It is about helping employees understand what is relevant to them, make better decisions, and take action.

nudge’s platform is designed around that transition. By connecting an employee’s financial circumstances, workplace benefits, and individual priorities, nudge delivers personalized guidance that helps them identify their next financial action, while helping employers increase benefits utilization, improve employee outcomes, and demonstrate greater value from their existing benefits investment.

As an employee’s life changes, so can the support they receive. Starting a new job, getting a promotion, adjusting to changing family circumstances, buying a home, or approaching retirement can all create different financial priorities and decisions.

This creates a continuous financial health journey, helping employees move from understanding their situation to planning what comes next, taking action, and continuing to improve their financial health over time: engage, understand, act, improve.

Integration with Alight’s platform builds on that model by bringing financial health closer to the wider benefits experience employees already use.

For nudge, joining the Alight Partner Network represents more than an expansion of reach. It is another step toward a more connected model for workplace financial health, bringing together benefits, intelligent technology, human expertise, and personalized action through one global platform.

It also strengthens nudge’s position as a strategic financial health partner within the global enterprise benefits technology ecosystem.
