November 2022, nudge has appointed Jeff Miller as Vice President, U.S., bringing more than two decades of financial services and employee benefits experience to the business as it expands its presence in the U.S.
Miller brings more than 20 years of experience in workplace financial health, including two decades at MetLife, where his work included leading the PlanSmart Financial Wellbeing Platform and working with some of the largest and most complex employers in the U.S.
At nudge, Miller will lead the U.S. team, working with employers and partners to expand access to personalized financial education and help more employees make informed financial decisions.
Miller said: “Workforce financial health has become a priority for U.S. employers. The hard part is turning that commitment into support that truly changes how people make financial decisions. I’ve spent much of my career helping employers work through that, and what drew me to nudge was the chance to pair that experience with a personalized approach. I’m excited to keep growing our presence in the U.S. and help more employers offer programs that are life changing for their people.”
nudge combines technology, behavioral science, and human expertise to provide personalized financial guidance, helping employees understand their finances, navigate workplace benefits, and make great financial decisions.
Tim Perkins, CEO and Co-founder of nudge, said:
“Jeff brings exceptional knowledge of the U.S. benefits landscape and a deep understanding of what large employers need from a financial health partner. His experience, combined with the relationships and insight he has built over two decades, makes him ideally placed to lead our next phase of growth in the U.S.”
Miller’s appointment brings deep knowledge of the U.S. employee benefits market to nudge as the company develops its work with employers and employees across the country.
