May 2025, nudge has appointed Chris Wakely as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) as the global financial health platform accelerates commercial growth across its international markets, including the U.S.
Wakely brings extensive experience helping enterprise benefits technology businesses drive international growth and build long-term relationships with large multinational employers.
His career includes senior commercial leadership at Benify, where he played a role in the company’s international expansion before its acquisition by Apax Partners.
As CRO, Wakely will lead nudge’s commercial growth strategy, bringing together its enterprise proposition, sales organization, and expanding presence across global markets.
Wakely said: “The employee benefits market is changing quickly. Employers increasingly want fewer disconnected solutions and more strategic partners capable of delivering personalized experiences, global consistency, and measurable impact. nudge has a compelling position in that market, and I’m excited to help take that proposition to more of the world’s largest employers and build the commercial organization required for our next stage of growth.”
His appointment comes as employers increasingly look for financial health strategies that connect personalized financial guidance with the wider employee benefits ecosystem and deliver meaningful outcomes for employees and organizations.
Tim Perkins, CEO and Co-founder of nudge, said:
“Chris brings deep experience in enterprise technology, employee benefits, and international commercial growth. He understands both the complexity of selling to large multinational organizations and what those employers increasingly expect from their strategic partners. That experience will be hugely valuable as we accelerate nudge’s growth globally, particularly in the U.S.”
Wakely’s appointment supports nudge’s ambition to bring its financial health platform to more of the world’s leading employers, with a particular focus on continued international and U.S. growth.
