December 2024, Magnit has partnered with global financial health platform nudge to provide employees with impartial, personalized financial guidance to make managing money and navigating workplace benefits simpler and more relevant.
Employees will have access to impartial guidance across everyday money, savings, debt, benefits, and longer-term financial planning.
Employees can have very different financial circumstances even when they work for the same organization. Career stage, family situation, income, and individual priorities all influence the decisions someone needs to make.
nudge uses personalization and behavioral science to help employees focus on guidance relevant to their own circumstances, understand their options, and make more confident decisions.
For Magnit, nudge also provides an opportunity to connect financial health with the broader support available through work, helping employees understand how workplace benefits fit into their wider financial lives.
Jeff Miller, Vice President, U.S. at nudge, said:
“U.S. employers invest significantly in benefits, but employees still need help understanding how those benefits fit into their wider financial lives. Working with Magnit gives us an opportunity to connect personalized financial guidance with the support available through work, helping people make more informed decisions and get greater value from the resources available to them.”
The launch further expands nudge’s work with U.S. employers looking for financial health support that can operate at scale while remaining personal to the individual.
