Decemeber 2022, GSK has partnered with global financial health platform nudge to give employees access to impartial, personalized financial guidance and support to build greater financial confidence across its workforce.
Employees can access support across a wide range of financial topics, helping them navigate everyday decisions as well as longer-term priorities.
Financial needs rarely stay the same throughout a working life.
Someone early in their career may be focused on budgeting, saving, or understanding their benefits. Others may be managing family finances, dealing with a significant life event, or thinking more seriously about retirement.
nudge responds to those differences with personalized guidance informed by an employee’s circumstances and financial priorities, helping people focus on what is most relevant to them.
The approach also complements GSK’s wider employee benefits by helping individuals understand their options and make more informed decisions.
Tim Perkins, CEO and Co-founder of nudge, said:
“Financial health isn’t static. What someone needs can change significantly as their life, career, and finances change. Our work with GSK is about making relevant guidance available at those different moments, helping employees understand their options, and take positive financial action.”
The launch strengthens nudge’s work with major international employers looking to make financial health a more integrated part of the employee experience.
