Tim Perkins, nudge CEO and Co-Founder, shared:

Research has been central to nudge since we launched our first study in 2014. This year's survey with Censuswide closed in February 2025, and global volatility has only grown since. The cost of poor financial wellbeing is clear: higher absenteeism and healthcare costs, lower morale, engagement, and retention. Our biggest research yet shows financially secure people thrive, and so do organizations.
